She shoots for 20 damage every second with her crossbows at 10 range. Every 20 seconds, Diona places a Bear Trap on one lane in front of her. The trap lasts 15 seconds, is hidden and triggered by ground enemies walking into it. It deals 50 damage and roots the enemy for 4 seconds.
Perk 1 grants one card that changes form each time it returns to your hand, but the traps have obvious and not so obvious uses.
When an enemy minion dies, it will drop a coloured potion, showing you which reward Ruffles will go to collect. Ruffles jumps off the tower, and runs to the potion, spending a moment to pick it up. If he takes any damage he will retreat and the potion disappear. Upon acquiring the potion, Diona will gain the benefit, and Ruffles will enter the “unready” state on the Tower for 10 seconds. His cooldown if you will.
The last Perk adds another trap card, providing you with more tools and ways to combo them.
